Likers of Things

Converse has never been a brand that dictates style from the top down, and the new All Stars Lookbook makes that ethos explicit. Developed across six cities Johannesburg, Cape Town, Los Angeles, Seoul, São Paulo and Paris the initiative hands creative control to its global All Stars community: emerging artists, designers, skaters and cultural architects who live and breathe the iconic silhouette.
This is not a catalogue. It is a cultural document. Each creator brings their own interpretation of Converse's seasonal and core icons, filtered through their individual city, their craft, their community. The result is a suite of visual work that feels genuinely plural, reflecting how one shoe can mean entirely different things in Joburg, Seoul, and Paris, and be all the richer for it.
South African Creators :
Sonwabisa Beja: Blends fashion, art and storytelling to interrogate identity and contemporary South African culture with a sharp conceptual eye.
Tintswalo Mabaso: A rising styling voice whose bold, fresh approach to modern streetwear makes her one of the country's most exciting fashion talents.
Thato Madisa: The dynamic force behind Sidequest Skate Chronicles, committed to building and documenting South Africa's skate community.
Tama Mpanza: A multidisciplinary creative known for pushing boundaries in visual expression and style, fearless in both media and perspective.
What unites them is something more than aesthetic: a belief that style is shaped from the ground up, not handed down. In that sense, the All Stars Lookbook is not merely a campaign. It is a manifesto.
