LYFE moves to 29 November With A Stacked Lineup

Sjava, Shekhinah and Sun-El Musician headline as Y’s summer pre-game gets a new date.

Y’s LYFE event has a new date. It now takes place on Sunday, 29 November 2026 at Marks Park, with a fresh lineup to welcome December.

Expect shorts, shades and a soundtrack made for stretching the weekend. Performing are Sjava, Shekhinah, Thando Zide, Sun-El Musician, Umzulu Phaqa, Lusanda, Yolophonik, FIF_LAAA, Just Mo and Fae Fae. Doors open at 10:00 and close at 18:30.

The new date does come at a cost. AMA’s schedule clashes with it, so she can no longer perform. “We sincerely apologize to all her fans who already purchased tickets,” says Y Marketing Manager Fanele Moloi, adding that organisers are in talks with her team about a 2027 date.

Existing ticket holders will automatically receive tickets for the new date, plus free access to AMA’s performance next year. Anyone who can’t make it can request a full refund via Webtickets.
